Kyle C. Usner
Kyle’s litigation focus is primarily product liability. He represents clients across the nation who have been injured by dangerous pharmaceutical drugs and defective medical devices.
A native of Louisiana, Kyle completed his undergraduate degree at Louisiana College in 2012. Kyle attended Mississippi College School of Law in Jackson, Mississippi, earning his Juris Doctor degree and Certificate in (Louisiana) Civil Law Studies in 2019. While in law school, Kyle was an Executive Editor on the school’s law review as well as a teaching assistant. He also interned for Associate Justice David Ishee of the Supreme Court of Mississippi and Judge Neil Olack of the United States Bankruptcy Court in Jackson, Mississippi.
Prior to law school, he worked as a paralegal for a mass torts law firm in Alexandria, Louisiana. When not working, Kyle enjoys playing video games, cheering on the New Orleans Saints, and watching British murder mysteries with his wife.
